Renovating a condo?

Ask your building management for its renovation requirements before ordering materials. Work hours, elevator bookings, floor protection, acoustic requirements and documents vary by building. We use those requirements when discussing access and the proposed scope.

Working in an occupied house?

Let us know which rooms need to stay usable and whether children, pets or other occupants will be present. Deliveries, dust protection, temporary access and the order of work should be discussed before the schedule is agreed.

Preparing a rental unit?

Tell us the handover date and which repairs or finishes are needed. We review the condition, material choices and access before confirming a timetable. We do not promise a turnaround from the move-in date alone.
